Law Report on Pharmaceutical Advertising 2008: University of Amsterdam
In the spring of 2008, Jusmedico was contracted by the University of Amsterdam (The Institute for Information Law (IViR) / Faculteit Der Rechtsgeleerdheid), the Netherlands, to produce a comprehensive memorandum on the implementation of the pharmaceutical advertising rules as per Directive 2001/83/EC in Denmark. The purpose of the assignment, which Jusmedico was honoured to accept, was for the University of Amsterdam to produce a report to the Dutch Ministry of Health describing the national rules on pharmaceutical advertising in Denmark, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Presentations
On a regular basis, Jusmedico delivers presentations at international meetings, publishes articles, and is invited to give lectures. Notes from recent presentations, as well as articles published, are from time to time made available at this website if deemed relevant for a broader, but yet life science oriented, audience.
