Christian Vinding Thomsen (“CVT”) was born in 1975. On 15 October 2006 CVT joined Jusmedico Law Firm taking charge of the post marketing authorization activities of the firm. Effective as of 1 January 2007 CVT will become full equity partner of the firm. CVT graduated from University of Copenhagen in 2001. After obtaining his authorization to practise CVT was appointed Contract and Competition Compliance Manager at Nomeco A/S. Nomeco A/S is Denmark's largest pharmaceutical wholesaler with a 70% market share. Working for Nomeco A/S CVT specialized in the commercialization of pharmaceutical products in a Danish and European context, including competition law implications. In 2005 CVT joined MAQS Law Firm acting on pharmaceutical matters for a range of internationally operating manufacturers, wholesalers and pharmacies. CVT’s main working areas comprise distribution and marketing of pharmaceuticals and devices, pharmaceutical advertising and competition law. Admission and Advocacy Rights: Admitted 2004.
